The road so far

It runs backwards: the most recent first, then further back with every scroll. Some of it I helped build, some of it I just showed up for.

AI Meetup Pune: Agentic Systems, Open Source, and AI in Production

AI Meetup Pune - Technogise Private Limited

I attended an AI Meetup in Pune focused on agentic systems, open source, and AI in production. The talks covered practical topics like using MCP for frontend debugging, designing reliable agentic systems, and why AI systems fail in production. It was interesting to see how AI is moving beyond chatbots into real-world applications.

    Next.js Summit Banglore

    Next.js Summit · Scaler School of Technology, Bengaluru · 13 Sep 2025

By my third summit, I could clearly see how much I had learned from the previous ones. But this time there was a twist we were in Pune, while the summit was happening in Bengaluru. Almost all the preparation had to happen remotely, and that changes everything. Things that normally take one step can easily take two or three when you’re coordinating across cities. Sessions, speakers, and the stage were relatively easier to manage because everyone involved was from the same tech ecosystem. Vendors, however, were a completely different adventure chasing people for updates, calls, confirmations, and making sure things actually happened on time. It taught me that organising an event is as much about coordination and patience as it is about technology. And somewhere along the way, I realised I was no longer just observing how these summits happen I was helping make them happen.

    React Meetup Pune

    React Meetup - Sept 2025

I attended the React Meetup at Non Stop Technologies, and it was a nice change from being involved in organising events. I got to sit back, listen, and see how other developers think about React - from components and state management to performance and building better applications. Just a good evening around React, learning, and meeting people from the community.

    Next.js Summit Pune

    Pune - May 2025

My second Next.js Summit, but a very different experience. After being part of the team for the previous summit, I came into this one with a better understanding of how things work. We had a stronger team, an amazing panel, and I had more responsibilities this time. A lot of the learnings and mistakes from the previous summit actually helped. Things felt more organised, and I could contribute with a much better understanding of what was happening behind the scenes. With industry experts who had spent over two decades in the field sharing their experiences, it was another reminder of why these communities matter bringing people together to learn from each other.

    Next.js India Developer Association

Next.js Summit Pune - Aero Mall Pune - Aug 2026

The journey continued with the Next.js India Developer Association and the Next.js Summit in Pune.We successfully hosted a large-scale Next.js Summit with nearly 90 participants in attendance. This was my first time being part of the internal team organising a summit. I didn’t have a major role yet mostly observing how everyone planned, coordinated, and handled things, while helping wherever I could. I started seeing that a tech event has two very different sides. There’s the part everyone sees the tech, speakers, people, and community. And then there’s everything happening behind the scenes vendors, logistics, last-minute problems, and finding real-time solutions while keeping the event moving. By the end, there’s a strange sense of calm. The event is done, the noise settles, and you finally step out of that zone. For me, the summit was mostly about observing and learning what it really takes to bring a community together.

    GDSC Core Team

Google Developer Student Clubs · Campus chapter

The first time I was on the other side of an event. As part of the Google Student Developer Club core team, I got to experience what goes into making a developer event happen from the other side. We organised two successful events Flutter Camp and Google Cloud Campaigns — and I was involved in the process of turning an idea into something people could actually attend and be part of. There was planning, coordination, getting things ready, dealing with the unexpected, and making sure everything came together when the day finally arrived. It was different from simply showing up to an event I got to see the work that happens behind it, and understand how much of an event is built before the first person walks through the door.
